Hi! I took some time to translate some and I had little difficulty and so I resorted to coming here for help! I had trouble with a little bit of the kanji text...

間違いを正す　その心はあぁ

Well, if it's the transliteration you wanted help with, I've looked it over and I have a couple of corrections:

>mizu o sosogu yo
mizu o sosogu you

>tsukura rete inai
tsukurarete inai (it's the passive form of the verb)

And for general notes:
- Pick either "wo" or "o" and stick to it; don't switch back and forth.
- You should probably try to keep the line breaks the same as they are in the kanji lyrics.

It looks good other than that!
