True Love and Soulmates

i think they are real. i know who my soul mate is. but we are on a break at the moment while he is in the army and i am doing anything i wat. just having fun and yes crushing on a couple of my friends but as soon as josh comes home i know for a fact anyone else will automatically dissappear from my mind. im not getting into any more relationships, just ...having fum. :-D

let's think and ponder not on love for family or kin or friends since these kind of love is subjective or maybe objective...
let's ponder on the reality of being truly in love with someone other than yourself..
the love where you can say that every effort that you make is worth it, the person is worthy...
the kind of love that bridges gap, crosses continents, understands differences, creates harmony and peace within self and partner... a kind of love that makes a person whole...

True Love: Everyone falls in and out of love all the time. I know I have and well, I am not sure if I am in love at the moment or not but I was once in love before. Love is never limited to one person. You can love your friends and family but to love someone whom you have no blood relations to is something entirely different. And in the end, I do believe that there is true love out there but I have yet to find it and that will come in due time.

Soul Mates: This one...I am not so sure of. The way that I see a soul mate is someone who matches you perfectly in every aspect of you. Like so identical down to the tee. There is no such thing as someone who can be that similiar to you and if there is...well...I have been proven wrong and will believe it fully. I do believe there is such a thing but I have yet to see that. :3

There is no true love, and 'soulmate' is just a silly fairytail. someone can fall inlove, and sometimes that love will be great.. but there is no such thing as 'true love'. And love at first sight? nonsense. It is attraction or lust, not love. And as time went on and i go through one bad relationship after another, i realized that love is nothing more then an emotion stemmed from simple attraction of the heart, body, and/or mind. There is no 'spiritual' connection of a 'soulmate'. there is no true love. they are both nothing more then names which someone plops on intense love to make it sound more significant then it actually is. And this kind of love is simply a larger version of the same thing.


And my entire life I have always believed this.. And always have been convinced of this..


until very recently... when everything i once believed was shattered in just a few nights. It... is nothing like you have ever felt before. not even close. it is far beyond love... Far beyond anything i could ever comprehend.. and for us both to feel this way........ maybe they do exist afterall

"True" love means to be with that person, for them and not selfish reasons. It's not easy finding someone who just accepts for you and not what you have or don't have.
There are those times where one may think that that person is the one, but then it is all just a illusion. In my own words, I think love is like a illusion. You think it's there but it's not.

I believe in them very much so. I met my boyfriend on a game called Mabinogi about 4 and a half years ago...maybe 5. It wasn't until we started dating that we figured out we lived in the same state but a long ways away. We broke up and got back together about 3 times, but it wasn't until the last time that i realize he was the one i was ment to be with. The one who I would have children with. (He even promised to be my first kiss and..first to take my...yeah >.>) so this last november i got his address and and went to visit him. We got back together and as promised he gave me my first kiss then when he came to visit me in december I was also my first... yeah >.>. Then he moved in with me in january. We are now living together at my hometown, hoping to go to college next year. I knew he was the one for me, were even planning to have our first child next year ^^.

True love is out there for everyone, it will even be in an unexpected form. Always take those little opportunities at love, you never know when its the RIGHT one.

I believe in true love. I just don't know for soulmates. I believe that everyone has their own one true love. It's just that sometimes, people tend to let the chance slip, their true love gone forever.

Hmm.... I've never been in a relationship. Turned down because the girl had a bf (which I understand) or because she mentions that I'm not really their type (which I also understand).

I belive in love, but perhaps not in "true love". I belive that you are capable of loving several people, I think that's how we humans are programmed to work.
