Fate

Darkness is bound
By threads of fate
From things we choose
Every move we make

As time goes on
Fate speeds up
All our choices
Lost the luck

Darkness befalls
A trap comes
Time to scatter
To where we belong

Is it in shadows?
Or through the light?
Only fate can tell
The steps we take

Hope can be found
In the farthest of places
Hidden in slight glimmers
Just waiting to be seen

The thought of unknown fate can be a serious concern. It is that way for me at least. I always wonder and worry about the future. It's nice that you incorporated possible hope at the end of your poem. Such a fitting element I think.

The poem has a sort of shakespearean feel to it because of its flow and structure. Its a nice poem ^^ Well done
