Hi i could really use some helt finding the name of an anime ! xD

It's something about a boy who lives in a small town, which is sometimes visited by these strong dudes who can summon weapons. He really looks up to them, but because og him they die in battle with some demon or whatever it is. He then starts training, and the uniqe thing about this anime, is that his level is kinda branded into his chest :O
