Is it worth it?

I am talking about the "normal" Fullmetal Alchemist, i have watched 42 episode's but still it's just a big ? on it. :3

I have now watched all "normal"(not movie's or Brotherhood) of FMA, i enjoyed, but the wierd thing, i can't say it were good or bad...! Odd ending though.

I dunno if it's just me, but I don't like Brotherhood. I don't know if it's worth continuing....

I really enjoyed the ending but seriously, watch the movie when you have time because for me, it really finishes the series off. I still need to watch Brotherhood though.
My view on FMA is similar to yours (ThePretender) because I really liked it but I have mixed feelings on it. Hopefully Brotherhood will help me decide.

Def. keep with it. Though Brotherhood is by far better than the original anime, IMO-because it follows the manga and the manga has like-epic twists and turns and leaves you on the flipping edge of your seat after every chapter...

Also the manga/Brotherhood has better character development and it's not cliche like the first anime. The main villain doesn't just want immortality-he wants something completely different...

 

and he sort of gets it too!

Which makes it even more edge of your seat-WTF happens next?! I gotta KNOW! type action. <3
