since i dont want to say hinata... even though i do kinda agree.. i havnt seen anyone say ryuuji or taiga from Toradora. both of which being shy and sweet.. so so sweet :)

In fact I only pretty much know one which is Hinata from Naruto.
Her voice is annoyingly high and does hardly anything during the series.
