Hahaha, You shade kinda like me - well dont.
Work on the face a little - try to get it so that it looks 90% balanced.
If you work on the eyes more it would be awesome - important reminder.
The first thing people look at, an anime character is the eyes, then if your a guy - the boobs, etc, XD

Looks like you took the shot with a camera, right? If scanned, then the head is a bit too squished.

The girl is cute and nice on the shadings. But there's one thing I've always been wondering about...why does people nowadays likes to draw girls with big breasts?! o.o There are too many anime girls drawn with enormous boobs, so you need your own style to succeed.

The head looks kind of small, and the torso looks a little long.

But otherwise, good job.

Though, like with -akichan-, the boobs bother me. =\
