Im a big reader so I was wondering if any of you have read anything good lately?
I just read Twilight and bought all three of the series so far and read them all in three days...and they are big books..
But its about vampires and love..
Im a sucker for a unreal love-story...if you know any others please tell me!
THe Great Gatsby
Of Mice and men
The Scarlet Letter
in under 2 months
Ohh...What are those about?
Sister I would not tell you read any of them so bored it's for english
Ohh..I feel stupid...hehe..oh well..
I've been reading a really good book, it's called Full Moon Rising. It's about vampires and werewolves and love. The plot's really fascinating and the characters are really cool. ^.^ It's got adult scenes in it, just as a warning in case you don't like reading that kind of stuff. =D
It's apart of a series, and the books are over a span of 4 months that are back to back. ( hope that's not confusing )
I will look into it!
Just finished reading Wicked, and am fixing to start on Robert Greene's The Art Of Seduction. I also have other materials awaiting to feast my eyes (I went to Borders the other day and spent a nice amount of money, it's so great to be back in the real world!!)
Gatsby made me mad because of the stupid ending. The Scarlet Letter is all boring and stupid. Mice and Men was good, I liked it but the ending was really sad.

It's a bunch of short stories of adolescent girls and if you've ever seen Thirteen, then this book is pretty much like that. I, for the most part, hate these girls. There's one except, Lori is a twelve year old girl that doesn't give into peer pressure or society's influence. The others... are stupid.
Vampirates is a really cool book too. The idea behind the book's pretty creative and I liked it from the first 20 or so pages. ^_^
Hmm~ Im reading some books by Cathy Hopkins such as: "Mates Dates and Sleepover Secrets" They're pretty good, perfect for teenagers to read
My friend has one of those books as well, she wont let me read it until I read the first one Dx

I'm On 2nd book and its pretty good so far in my opinion
i've just finished reading, wel not just...but like in July or whatever a Warrior's Heir (click on it to read more about it, it's on Amazon.com) that book is so unbelievably good, it's kinda about wizards, warriors, enchanters, stuff like that... it's like a action/romance/mystery kind of story, i only say mystery because it's kind of hard to figure out if you haven't read mystery books before, i figured it out in the middle of the book the BIG SECRET or whatever...but it has about 400 or so pages and i read it in 4 weeks! I was reading it about everyday so...yeah ^^' But i recommend this book to everyone, it's really good!!
She has another too called the Wizard's Heir I've read a preview about in the Warrior Heir, it also sounds ood i can't wait to get it!
Well I could recommend dozens of books in the Fantasy and sci-fi line, if you want any recommendations, just tell me if you like long books (500pages min!) or shorter stories.
As some qucik refrences I can recommend (will stick maturity warnings, just because of the age range on this site, though at the moment nothing in this list is truley that dark, though do say if you want it):
Bitten by Kelley Armstrong; werewolf fun in modern times - a good read, and I don't tend to read this sort of book anyway - also contains a love story :) (mature themes)
The Book of Jhereg by Steven Brust; a fast paced book with one of the best supporting familiars ever, Loiosh - witty as well. Others say its James Bond in fantasy - I say miles better than that!
The Colour of Magic by Terry Pratchettl often regarded as one of the "gods" of fantasy writing, funny and intelligent (well sort of) books which really are as good as the hype (I have yet to find a book store with a fantasy section with less than one shelf all to this guy alone)
I am a huge reader myself. I like to read books on werewolves and shapeshifters. Vampires are cool too. My favorite books so far is Moon Called. It is about a shapeshifter who turns into a coyote. She was raised by a pack of werewolves though. It is really cool.
If anyone wants to know more about this book then just send me a message. I am also open to suggestions in the book world. LOL:laugh:
The last book I read was Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows. It is good. I recommend it to anyone who hasn't already read it.
Books I've read and love. Or are in the process of getting or reading:
The Satanic Bible
Count of Monte Cristo
The Devils Notebook
Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Vol. 1 & 2
Aleister Crowleys Book of Lies
The Book of the Law - Aleister Crowley
Book of Thoth
The Golden Dawn
Dark Side of Pleasure (yay bondage....)
Good books. Well the ones I've read. I am going to be reading more soon.
Catcher in the Rye is the best book ever, hands down, no contest. When I was assigned to read it in high school I finished it in like 2 days.
Harry Potter sucks.
i would reconmend crusade in jeans bij thea beckman, i read it in two days.
..hmm the black tattoo
tery pratchet. an the wee free men
marco pendulem ....o.o an some manga
Mine is "Where The Red Fern Grows."
