for a shinigami's one I'd say senbonzakura, all hail the sword that makes sakura (and basically all flowers) petals amazingly badass.
the thing that makes me like senbonzakura even more, is that one of my best friends always refers to byakuya as "the pink petal guy" (she NEVER remembers character names), which makes it reeeeallu funny for me :p
