Anyone seen Mardock Scramble?

I'm curious if anyone has seen this movie/(series?) ... I'm thinking of checking it out. I'm mostly intrigued by an Amazon review that stated "Mardock Scramble is an action packed, emotion jolt - a veritable Sin City meets Blade Runner"
