I'm including "Kimi ga Inai Mirai" in this ... it's an opening, it's from Inuyasha, it counts. lol
Anyways, my personal favorite is "Owarinai Yume", because it's the first one I ever heard (I didn't start watching until Episode 72), and it's pretty easy to sing along to. :)

I don't really favor any of the opening themes...I liked the ending ones better...and of those-I liked Come the best.
I agree with Higurashi, the ending songs are so much better. "I Am" was probably the best but as for ending songs I really like "Dearest," "Every Heart," "Come," and my favorite "Shinjitsu no Uta."
Change the world is epic but Kimi ga Inai Mirai is also pretty sugoi so one of them. :)
I always liked Grip! by Every Little Thing and Change the World by V6.

I almost forgot other openings, other than Change the world..

listening to "Change The World" always brings back a wave of memories to me.
I also love the ending theme "Every Heart". It's very calming
