Poem: Absinthe in Wonderthought

Sometimes I twist in the brain
A paranoia kind of insane-
Riddled with riddles, nonsense math,
Abstract culprits and Cheshire cats

Wonderland is not a thought
Neverland is not a dream,
Camelot is more than history
When life isn't what it seems

Every time I dive deeper
Into this chaotic abyss,
Another temptation of the mind
Brings forth the devil's kiss

A seed so wrong it must be right
But no, the truth can't be so,
Unearthed from the human side-
Something we have to let go
