I am OtakuWillis94. But, you can call me Cody, if you prefer. :-)
I am a writer. It's my passion and calling in life, I feel. I was actually a winner in the 2010 National Novel Writing Month contest.
My dream is to write manga. But I also write short horror fiction stories here and there as well.
I have been obsessed with anime for the last 12 years. Ever since I sat in my living room floor, 5 or 6 years old, and watched such greats as: Pokemon, CardCaptors, Dragon Ball Z, Sailor Moon, etc.
That was only the starting point for me. I never left anime/manga. I still hold those anime in high regard but also love the greats of today such as Bleach, Death Note, Full Metal Alchemist, and the like. I, like I'm sure many of you here do, collect anime merchandise. Hahaha. I always have, and I'm proud of it!
I am currently creating a manga with a friend. I am doing the writing (and a small portion of the art) while she does the main art such as characters, etc. We spend a ton of time doing this. Because it's all we've ever wanted to do. :-)
I hope to become friends with you all. If you want, just add me to your friends list. Haha!

Well, sorry for the long intro. But I hope to make some new friends here who share my passion for anime, manga, and Japanese culture in general.

As far as titles for the manga, we're still working on that. It was originally supposed to be set in the present with links to the past.
It's an action/adventure manga with a hint of suspense in there in some places. Like I said, it was originally supposed to be a present day manga with links to past events. But we're leaning toward a more feudal-type setting.

Hi! Welcome to AF. :) Congrats on finishing NaNoWriMo! I haven't been able to yet. Things always come up, I have to put my writing aside, and I don't make the word count by the end of the month. lol As long as I beat what I did the year before, I feel accomplished, though. :) It's nice to meet another writer!
