Resevoir Dog's Little Green Bag just absolutely owns so much it's untrue.
I am quite partial to the A-Team Theme Song which I actually sent to Zackiroh in the first place. Indiana Jones is another good one and the Star Wars Imperial March (sometimes named as Darth Vader's theme song) is probably my favourite piece of lyric-less music ever.
That's just film and television theme songs. And if it counts, I like Handbags and Gladrags, which is the theme to The Office.

Aaahh, the Office. I just don't get it! But I'll agree that the theme is good.
I love the Changing Rooms theme..yes, I know..quite odd
I also love the theme from MacGyver.
Oh, can't forget about StarGate...love the them from StarGate!
