Its one of my favorite anime, I ever seen.
Wow. I'm gonna answer an Elfen Lied topic for the nth time! :D
It's really nice. But I wish they would lengthen in like the manga.
Yes I've watched this anime... One of my favorites...
Not to many people could watch past the 10 minutes mark lol. But it's a great anime that could go onto a second season.
I liked it a lot, but it dissapoints me how theres no more (of the anime, the manga continues), Pretty epic first ten minutes. a friend of mine made an AMV of Elfen Lied's most violent parts to Rick Astley's 'Never Gonna Give You Up', Id say it was hilarious.
brilliant anime, gory and there were some extremely disturbing scenes e.g puppy beaten to death. I don't know what to make of the end though, whither I hated being left to wait or to worry that it might a second series might not come out,or to be happy that there could be another series.
Watched it. Didn't like it. I liked the gore and violence, will give them credit for that. Oh, and the plot deserves somewhat credit as well... but not too much. What I absolutely HATED were the characters. They're just dumb as the night and they ruin everything. I was sort of disappointed, certainly expected more from it.
Heard of it, never capitalized... I'll get acquainted with it on youtube (if it's there). Sounds like a sick show.
My Wi-Fi, it's gone out...
a very interesting anime that I quite enjoyed
it had an awesome plot but o the blood shower
very very interesting anime!!!:d i loved lucy!!!!!
I... huh I went through the whole thing in two days last year and can barely remember it D:. I really liked it though, but two things bothered me: the voice acting (I'm really not picky with dubs at all, but their voices were so high x_x. One of two animes I'd recommend subbed) and (a few of) the characters. Lucy/Nyu was fine, but Kouta's cousin annoyed the crud out of me.
I've been meaning to rewatch it.
It's my favorite anime of all time. I'd never grown so close to fictional characters in my life. I'd love a reboot, but I don't think it will ever happen.
Fav anime of all time and loved every minute of it.
I was going to watch this on Netflix... but after the guy in the beginning spoke, in English, I had to instantly turn it off. I plan on getting it, in Japanese, later though.
just bout to start it once I finish Shigurui...cant wait
i really liked it too!
it's also the anime i show people whenever they say something like "isn't anime a little childish for someone your age?"
i just show them the first 10mins of Elfen Lied and they are like "ok, forget what i just said" :P
Watched the whole thing, didn't really like it, hated pretty much every single character and well, that kinda ruins a show for you.
i really did enjoy it. the plot was well written and it kind of had characteristics of multiple different genres, depending on what was happening at the moment. the gore-ie action parts were probably my favorite xD, but i still like the cutesie moments, as well.
Howdy-
Just watched all 13 episodes, all I can is wow, those japs really know how to cook up a good story. Does anyone know if there will be more?
Scott
I liked it for the plot line and idea behind it however the characters needed some work and conformed to stereotypes like the innocenct lucy and the jealous childhood friend however things like nana losing her limbs and being torn apart and having a father that loves his daughter and dies with her..... stuff like that I enjoyed since it took me to places I havnt been before
I fell in love with Elfen Lied, it was and still is one of my favorites if all times. Enough said. :3
