Judging by the English text on the right side of the image, she's from a series called Adam Head Dorothy. A quick google search tells me it is a light novel series published by Kadokawa, and the girl is named Dorothy, as the title (on the image) suggests.

It's the cover for some Light Novel series in Japan. Doesn't look like anyone is translating it. You're welcome.
