I am currently going to Seattle Pacific University and i work for the school's newspaper. I recently just shot the Girl's last soccer game. 8-0, SPU won. All i really did was just crop and change some of the exposure or add some blacks to it, but it is just more about the action. Enjoy :)
not much complaints about them :) Nice shots and good focus indeed.
The only complaint would be some mirror parts, like a bit cut off soccer ball in 2nd and 5th shot, and some cut off feet on the 4th and 5th shot.
The one I like the most is the 3rd one.
Did you wait for the action, or used continuous shooting mode?
I used to do continuos, but i hated going through so many shots during post processing. I then started to take single waited shots and from what i have seen they are more accurate. In a lot of action i will do continuous. Thank you :)

Canon eos 5D mark II, I shot with a 400m 5.6 L and 70-200mm 2.8 F IS USM L.
Those are some pretty sweet shots. Sports can be really lame to take pics of, I do continuous which means I have to sort out 80% crap lol.

Yeah, but if you're in Santa Barbara and bored, go to LA. I guarantee you that there is more to do in LA than Seattle.

Not LA, actually I've never been there. It's on my to-do list. I'm more inland, in the San Bernardino/Riverside area.
