Sweet drawings! :) You have a gift.
I think you need to practice anatomy and lighting a bit more. It feels like you are referencing other anime images rather than designing your own character from scratch, which would be more interesting. You should also blend and vary your color more. Highlight in the hair is not just a simple stroke along it with a 5 px brush.

the Serated guy spot on said what I was think while scrolling through your artwork
it's not bad, it's actually pretty good, but it looks like your in a rut with shading for sure
don't be a afraid to go in way darker for your skin tones, and I mean like 60% more, lol
it would appear that your clothing shading got a bit better, but don't rely so much on that soft shading, it's gives it a noobish air brush effect, (I was there too, trust me!)
once you break out and look at Livestreams and Twitch drawing sessions of other artist, things will really just POP out, and you'll be like "Ah ok!..I see how they did that!"
and then you'll be able to use that to help you advance to the next level
your anatomy is pretty good, but like that other user said, try and branch out and do some orginal stuff, that isn't just looking onto anime artwork that has already been done in an artbook or screencap
