My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic Wallpaper

Yes, I've now becomed hooked on My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic I'm almost through the second season so far~

So, inspiration suddenly struck me, and I wanted to do a MLP Wallpaper. I know my last one was pretty sucky due to laziness and bad base pictures.

I've gotten better at erasing whiteness, so I don't have substitute a white glow around base pictures anymore. (I put a yellow glow, but I just thought that added a nice touch)

Luckily for me, tons of MLP pictures are pretty much HD so that totally made things easier ~yay~

This wall is pretty big because of my monitor's resolution, but I think Photobucket somewhat shrinks large pictures, so it might appear smaller?

Anyway.

I'm open to all criticism!

Not bad, but, and while this may sound weird considering what MLP:FiM is, but I think the wallpaper looks too...girly? I don't know. I don't quite like the rainbow on it, especially, and the background pattern also adds to this effect. Still, it looks nice and I encourage you to keep trying and make more that are even better. I love MLP:FiM.

Yeah, when I was making, I was kinda wondering if it did indeed look too girly. I took a chance with my (somewhat horribly mouse-drawn xD) rainbow. I thought it might kinda look weird, but then I thought it might work. It's all trial and error.

But thank you for the review, tips and encouragement very much :D

I'm always a huge fan and sparkles and rainbows, so I tend to overdose my digital art with that, which is a somewhat bad habit, since I also want the bronies to like the wallpaper, and not scare them away with the pastel rainbows and stuff xD

not bad at all but i would say better to change its color anf background and see the best of all results here

I'm not a brony, but I'll admit, this is pretty awesome

I have been thinking about making a new background. The background I used is a pattern I did in MS Paint while watching MLP, so that's why I used that. It is pretty out of place, though, next to the rainbow and colorful ponies, so I think I'll do a different background!
