Here's some sketches I did after watching Bleach. I'm not sure how good they are really so feedback would be nice. Okay, here's some of them;

Note that my scanner isn't very good so these aren't very good quality.

I wish i could draw, eveytime i try, it fails, i take a eraser and a pencil, erasing and drawing lines all over, making it look like just somone has just drawing lines, then i throw it away and being angry.

I am not lying if you maybe have thinked the thought, you are really talented, especially newest of those you posted, i have seen much art work and fan art, but this is very good, they are really displaying it. :P
I like the sketches a lot and if you inked and coloured them they'd have a lot of potential.
However, the anatomy on some of them looks a bit wonky. In the Renji pic his knees look a little low down making him look like he has a broken leg.
In the pic you did of Renji fighting the Hollow, his hip looks a bit displaced. Do you use proper guides such as "wooden man" type anatomy lines?
I think you have potential though. Keep up the good work :)

@ladymisslilac, I never use any anatomy line things, I just draw them straight out of my head.
