My favorite would be sit ups to weight lifting, escrima, and whatever sport my friends want to play. But I think I enjoyed volleyball in the beach the most so far, cuz theirs waves as an obstacle xD

Swimming :3. I was on the swim team in high school, but I haven't done it in a while.
Outside of that I like using an exercise bike and doing sit ups...

I go like 2 hours a day, if I really feel like going an extra route, 3-4 hours.

I get to exercise and listen to music at the sand time and the music actually has a purpose XD
I love trying new things so if you were to tell me to try something new I would say yes =3
I like anything slow-paced that turns you into a rubber creature. I'll never stop in my life my stretching, gymnastics (though that's not exactly slow-paced) and my habit to stand still upside down (on my hands and forehead) for extended periods.
I also like to lift weights with my fingers. It makes my small hands exceptionally stronger than any bigger hands. Plus, it's one of the little secrets behind me being an expert button masher in the vidya. =)
Other than that, I LOVE swimming. But I don't get to do it very often. Orz
I would say, jogging and the wrist roller. Jogging is self-explanatory. The wrist roller is awesome though (especially for those of you who don't exercise much and spend all their time on a computer). It really helps strengthen your wrist and forearm muscles and help prevent other nasty things like carpal tunnel.
I hate swimming.

I enjoy playing basketball or baseball with friends but if I am alone then swimming would be my favorite, I also enjoy biking when the weather's good enough.
I hate exercising and absolutely HATE swimming!
But I jog regularly so I won't grow fat(ter).

I enjoy walking. However, I don't enjoy heat or sunlight, so I generally walk only in the early morning(not recently as to get out before the sun I'd have to be up at 4am) or the late evening as the sun is going down~
Running around my house in the middle of the night, scaring my neighbours!
Anything I did in my JROTC class( football, volleyball, MC pushups, chin-ups, etc.) The only thing I really hated was duck walks(basically lunges, with hands up in the air) and frog jumps (squat on the floor, then jump as high as you can.) JROTC is an awesome alternative to PE.
