Is it possible to switch the hand you write with? Train your other hand to write instead? I'm asking this because my right hand (the one I write with) has been acting up lately, it gets sore very quickly when I use it, my wrist and hand itself. I don't want to strain it too much. Is there a way to learn to write with my left hand?

yes its possible,i've actually practiced with my left hand so i can write. i might right slower than my right but i still can ^^
Yeah it is possible. One of my friends had to use his non dominant hand to write for a few months after he injured his arm during a soccer game. At first his writing sucked, but after 2-3 weeks his penmanship was way better.
well for a bit i tried writing with my left hand but that didnt turn out so well, i can barely write in proper printing with my left hand so....I just stick with my right.
Yes, it's possible. I've been training to write with my left hand for a couple days now, and I'm improving :). I hope after some weeks I will be able to write with left hand as good as with right :)
Well, such a thing would be lovely but I fear impossible for me. My writing is already so damned bad with my right, my left is so atrocious. I'mma just stick with what I know. Props to you though for trying.
Yeah, you can do it. It just takes practice unless you are ambidextrous. My hand writing is usually horrible whenever I write with my right. (It's better now because I fixed it. xD Now it kind of looks like script...) If you practice at it, you can get it. For me, if I write with my left hand my printing is neater.

Well, I have an uncle who had no choice but to learn how to write with his non dominant hand after an unfortunate accident with a tractor. He can write pretty well so if you try hard enough you can probably do it.
Actually that's what I'm doing right now. O_o I've been writing with my right hand (am originally left handed, of course) so I can be completely ambidextrous.

At work I'm stuck with my right, because that's the side the cash register is on. :V
It's possible, I switch every now and then when taking extremely long notes. My right hand is still faster but at least my left is just as neat. The funny thing though is that I can't cut with a knife with my right hand, it feels odd.
I can write with my left hand. It's slower and doesn't look as neat, but it's doable for me.
My uncle had to learn to write with his right hand, because the teachers at his school would punish him if he tried to write with his left.(hes left handed, for the ones who hadnt figured that out) Now he writes just as good with his right as he does with his left, so yes, very possible.

but for me, once I trained my left hand, I couldn't write using my right hand anymore and I had to practice it again then I can't write using my left again and so on and so on ..

it's possible to train ur left hand... I have a friend who can using her both hands to writing... it's amazing... b'cause when she got an accident and it made her can't use her right hand for 2 weeks, she trained her left hand to writing... so now she's look very amazing...
