The place I work at apparently has "ghosts" in it. Many of my co-workers when shutting down at night hears strange noises, mysteriously towards the large generator powering the building (generators should never make noise! No sir! Definatly ghosts!).
My only experience with a ghost was when I was closing down. I was shutting off the lights when suddenly they turned back on again. Had this been a ghost, it was a rookie..
"OoooOOOOooooo... I've turn the lights baaaack OOOOOONNNNNNNN!!!! NOW YOU CAN SEE EVERYTHING!!!!... wait..."
In short, ghosts are either
a) nonexsistant
or
b) stupid

oh it's real alright... it's just that we've never see them, that's all. just don't think about it too often... don't mess with the dead. the first video's weird though. ghost's take a lot of energy to do that, so it shouldn't have happened often, except if the ghost's pure evil or it kept draining energies from living things
