So, have you heard of the new Tales Of Symphonia? In Japan, it's going to come out in Spring, so here it should be around the end of 2008. The title is Tales Of Symphonia 2: Knight Of Ratatosk (in japanese) and Dawn of the new world in english. It'll be on the Wii, so I'll be able to get it. There's new characters, but it seems that Lloyd & co. are coming back aswell. I can't wait to play it, I loved Tales Of Symphonia on Game Cube.

I loved the first (got me hooked on the Tales series) and I have very high hopes for this one. ToS was always the best in the series for me. I just hope it uses the battle system from TotA. Free Run is the greatest skill ever.
When I first heard about this, I almost had a seizure. Whenever I think about it, I still almost have a seizure. And it's been months. Yeah, I'm buying this... definitely.

Obsessed over the first game. Finished every nook and cranny of the dang thing (My play time was something ridiculous. Like 200 hours + because I simply didn't want it to end), and might warm up a second run before trying this one.
Funnily enough, I'm going to try Tales of the Abyss with a friend of mine on MSN, since I haven't really played outside of ToS yet. I like how they tease with the last few seconds of the trailer. It's no surprise the graphics are so much better. I always forget that the original is 5 years old now.
Biggest Sheena fan right here.

Me too, I go to that book whenever I am really bored it is not hard, but it takes up a lot of time. I also go to the collisum and down grade all of my weapons to the first ones on the game (Spell Card, Long sword, Wooden Blades) it is still somewhat easy but when you try it without Raine it makes it hard. For extra difficulty just use the demon seal (prevent special attacks and poisons you for extra experience points)

@Souhi - I HIGHLY recommend TotA. And yeah, the fun part about playing ToS was getting everything. I finally beat it on 100% on my sixth playthrough, since some of the titles were almost impossible to get. I also spent a lot of time getting rune bottles/herbs/red herbs to over-powerify my characters XD!

It seems pretty interesting, I'm just wondering why the main characters are fighting Lloyd. Ah well, guess we'll find out.
I'll probably end up getting it too since I enjoyed playing ToS. Although my favorites Tales game is still Tales of the Abyss.

Sweet!! I was worried it'd be one of those trailers without gameplay scenes. Its good to be wrong. I enjoyed just watching my friend play the first ToS. The battle style is so unique and original. Its cool to see that Lloyd and the others returning. I get the feeling that the game is going to have 2 playable storylines involving 2 groups maybe. And in the end they might come together....

I hope that you can play more than just those two new characters though.
In the gameplay clip, it only showed them fighting with a system that looks like training monsters to be on your team.
