Walmart Customers Keep Finding Syringe Needles Inside Clothing

A 14-year-old spoke to local 11Alive News, saying she was stuck in the finger and foot by a needle while trying on pajamas her mother had bought for her on Nov. 22.
"I felt something stick me in the finger and I was like, 'what is that'?" she told the station. "That's just unbelievable," she added, "whoever would think of doing that is like, crazy."
Reason 393 why I hate Walmart. I am not entirely sure why it attracts all the nutjobs.

Actually this happens in a lot of places.. I remember a few years ago gas pump handles were the target of needles being placed. Though those had HIV or something on it. Icky.

Re: Walmart Customers Keep Finding Syringe Needles Inside Clothing
A first for me and very startling. People need to check for stuff like this, otherwise people are going to get sick because of this.

Also in movie theaters, in the seats. Usually there was a small note that said "ha ha, you have aids" or some such.
But Jebus, dont they check their clothing? Or maybe its the employees putting them in.....

Well, if a person with aids puts their blood on them
As for the theaters, it turned out it was a big joke. Though I think a person really did contract aids from it

Re: Walmart Customers Keep Finding Syringe Needles Inside Clothing
I've bought a few clothes from walmart ;___;
But I must be the only person in the world who actually examines what I buy before buying/putting it on?

I don't mean the price, but the clothes there are really low quality..you wash that and it looks like a really old shirt.

It probably almost never happens lol. Most of the reports are hoaxes.
Transmission through needles is common among druggies who share needles because the infected blood is still fresh and the HIV virus still active, but once you leave the needles for some time, the blood will dry up and the HIV virus will no longer be infectious.

I buy lots of pj slacks, socks and the like. A shirt here or there. Oh, and slacks. Their slacks are actually pretty decent. Mostly stuff to sleep in and socks [i <3 socks]

Yeah, Walmart is good except for the clothes. xD
I remember buying a shirt there and when I put it in the washer, the design was all white(pealed off) as I already had the shirt for quite some years. Heck, I got older clothes than look like new.

Re: Walmart Customers Keep Finding Syringe Needles Inside Clothing
I've never had an issue washing shirts from Wal-mart. They tend to last a year or two for me and then have issues washing but I find clothes to be like that no matter where I buy them. Well, at least the ones with any printed on designs.

The clothes I bought in Walmart like 7 years ago only lasted me a month as for the clothes I bought in JCPenney still is looking semi-new after all these years.

Don't be so sure. It's not an easy country in where to operate.
