Cornered, May stood on the AF Lynching Platform. "Fine, so you got me. But I took out most of you. Next time, we'll finish the deal!" Big "W" front and center on her cap, she stood defiantly as @maverickgirl and @dark_butterfly tossed her short and stocky body onto the stained AF Lynching Platform.

Great game everyone! Honestly, I thought this game was pretty good. I'd like to hear opinions on whether you guys think talking should be allowed during the Night Phase in future games.
Also, I've decided that dead people posting is not up for debate. If you're dead, you're dead. I was pretty nice this time around, but starting next game talking after being killed in the game will result in you being banned from the next game. Even those "aww I had a lot of fun, guys!" posts. No more.
But on a happier note, I thought you all played a great game, and hope you all join us for the next round! :D

Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Through much hardship, sacrifice, and even a bit of unintentional betrayal here and there, the Townies have emerged victorious!
Damn good game, everyone. http://www.msnrules.com/emoticons/onion/onion56.gif

Honestly I was a bit worried 'bout that myself; however it proves that teamwork cannot be overcome by the failure of one, even one as awesome as mine. XD

Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Well, while it's fresh in my memory, I'll go ahead and give some of my thoughts.
@*Tsuki* did an amazing job with her limited amount of play-time. She broke everything down. Obviously, Wolves don't take kindly to that sort of thing.
@SigmaSD played a really good game. Once all the Wolves started acting in unison, I really thought they were going to roll to victory. However, that didn't happen thanks to...
@Kaitou+ , who played a great Seer. He found every Wolf (or at least most of them). Town win's not possible without him.
@Meteorkeeper did ok, I suppose. The decision to not protect Tsuki was a head-scratcher, to say the least. I don't really understand the logic behind it.
@The Strategist had a strange strategy. Every time he posted I thought to myself "man, if I was playing, I'd totally think he was a Wolf." Not really sure why, that was just the vibe I got.
I said this a bit earlier, but @Shinn Kamiyra would have been the MVP for the Wolves had @dark_butterfly been lynched today and May had won. That last second Aleyna lynch was something I'd have gone along with too, though.
I do feel sorry for @The Rebel being killed so soon. He was, in fact, the driving force behind all this. So, this Townie win has to be
dedicated to him.
Apparently, @DJ Scruffy was the catalyst for the Town behind the scenes, so props to him as well.
Anywho, feel free to chat it up, guys. Still would like to know your stances on talking during the Night Phase.

Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Still kinda bummed I didn't get to even vote once. But I do appreciate the dedication to my death, lol. Mind you though, I still refuse to host until I get to play a round of Wolf, lol. After all, I never got to dazzle everyone with my awesome skills, lol.
-
Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
AND OF COURSE @DJ Scruffy , because if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't be much great of a seer. We worked together as bros, so we share the same credit.
-
Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
@Kaitou+ Knows what's up. IF IT WEREN'T FOR HIM AND I, THIS WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN POSSIBLE.
EDIT: @Aleyna I guess I'm unbelievably stupid, but I forgot to include her..
She spent countless hours dedicated to the game. She put a lot into it, to us, the Townies, and it's a shame she didn't get rewarded by making it to the end.
-
Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
That's the way you have to play it. Find those you can trust, and those in the right role, and just tackle it as a team.
-
Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
It's been a great training/practice session for me (the Serial Killer).
Obviously, my mouth was bigger than it should be XD. When I play Mafia with friends in real life, everyone blabbers nonstop, so I thought the same dynamics would apply here. Boy was I wrong! Hahaha. However, though, I wasn't lying when I said I was excited. In the future games, too, no matter what role I get, I'll probably get killed early again XD I need to learn to talk only what is necessary >.>
To say the least, I didn't even intend to play to win from the very beginning. Since even a n00b could see that @*Tsuki* was a very experienced player, I intentionally left her alone, hoping to observe more of her analyses. (Didn't work though, 'cause the Wolves got her anyway lol). But yea, I guess I was picking on the newbies and leaving the veterans, just to make the game play more intense.
And I agree we should observe the basic rule that "the dead can't speak for themselves", or they just can't speak.
-
Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
I did what I could in the time that I could. Lol.
That was pretty fun, though. When I saw that I was dead . . . I really missed @Furore . Amazing protector.
And seriously, all you people attacking DB? D:
WASN'T IT OBVIOUS THAT I WANTED HER TO LIVE!? Oi
If DB is ever a wolf while I'm a townie, I'm going to have a lot of issues. lol *always tells DB everything*
@animeyay should have gone along with what I was saying. Would have been pretty epic. lol
Aside from that fact that @The Strategist was a townie. I agree with @Black Adam , he seemed like a wolf the entire time. No offense, Strategist.
And I'm tired of being the freakin' Mayor. This is, like, the third time of the 7 games we've played where I've been the mayor.
Oh, and great job to @DJ Scruffy and @Kaitou+ They did a really great job playing.
@-GAZKUL- always seems to be lynched whenever he's not a wolf.
and
@SigmaSD has learned well.

Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
Congrats everyone! Thanks for your help ^^ It was team effort! And the wolves did great as well.
I don't mind the dead players posting or posting during night phase but I think banning players from the games is too harsh a punishment. Why not just dislike/neg rep, which has been done in the past, to deter rule breaking posts? Also, Furore suggested allowing deceased players to post once when they die and that sounds fair.
The distribution of character roles needs to come to an end. If I understand correctly, V 1 was the only version of wolf in which players were not assigned a character role until the death post. It was still an issue in this game even though it was confirmed to be against the rules. Not giving them out to players is the best way I know to keep the game intact.

Haha, if I had killed @The Strategist instead? I guess it would make the game more suspenseful and shocking, but like I said, I was intentionally leaving the seemingly experienced players alone, so yea... Also, since I wasn't sure what role you were playing, if you were indeed a wolf like you claimed, then I pretty much would be making myself into a puppet had I chosen to go with your route =P

Lol. The Strategist bothered me from the very beginning due to never playing with him before and his supposed experience with the game.
But, yeah . . . I thought about how you might not want to listen if I said I was a wolf, after the fact since you seemed to kind of be leaning more toward helping the townies even though you killed off the townie to begin with. . .
And I can see how you would think that. But, see, if I actually was a wolf then it could have gone well for you had you killed the Strategist. Aside from the fact that he wasn't really the seer. . . It would have been a partnership! haha
EDIT: Oh, in case anyone is wondering what we're talking about. I'm referring to a pm that I sent animeyay about the stuff after I learned from Kaitou and DJ that he was The Assassin.
I was trying to save DJ and DB from dying. Which happened . . . but then he killed Elphaba. lol
Here's what it said:

They said that they were going to try and lynch you tomorrow during the day.
The seer is The Strategist.
I'm a wolf, by the way. DB is a wolf along with me and that's why they tried to kill her off today.
You were probably going to vote for DJ Scruffy but don't. The Strategist apparently told
him that he thought you were a wolf, and that's why he voted for you.
But he was also trying to get you to go after DJ because then it would further expose you as the assassin.
So far, it seems that a couple of the townies know that you're the assassin. But we (the wolves) are going to try to sway the vote towards DJ tomorrow rather than having them lynch you.
What we propose is that you kill off
The Strategist tonight, and we kill off DJ tomorrow so that it doesn't look like you were the assassin. What do you say?
Oh, and if you already sent your vote into Black Adam that you were going to kill off DJ or someone else, you can always change it by just sending him a new message that says you're changing your vote to _______.
-

Yep, @Black Adam can confirm this, too, I was literally randomly killing newbies off 'cause I wanted to keep the more experienced in the game XD
How did I choose? Norwegianmoose = moose, Elphaba = elephant... ;D

Re: Wolf 7: Super Smash Brothers Brawl
^- Epic way of choosing.
Just like, Wolfie Poo = Wolf.

And of course @Aleyna was easily the best player in this game. Why? Because she was the best who put the most effort as a teammate for this battle, if anything, sure, we all won as a team and we all had an important role into this but if it wasn't for Aleyna, I think we would of lost pretty badly. Scruffy, Shinn nor I couldn't make it far into analyzing the game if it wasn't for her. I say good job Aleyna, she did an amazing job in this game. =3

Dislikes don't go far enough. If I lightly tapped you on the hand after telling you repeatedly not to do something, would that honestly deter you from doing it? Of course not. The whole reason I brought it up is because what "has been done in the past" has not been working. What @-GAZKUL- did after I specifically said I didn't want dead people posting and influencing the votes is a perfect example. If you're dead, NOW is the time to make your "aww, fun game, sucks that I died" posts. I don't mind the "one post after death" thing, but I want this to be a hard-line rule so that people know this isn't the joke. I am done with the dead people posting. After the game you have all the time in the world to post.
Quote:

Everyone in V1 was given a role. The character thing was unnecessary because there was no theme, V1 was incredibly vanilla. Sadly, so long as we have a theme, characters will be needed, as they go along with the theme. Now, that doesn't mean I'm turning a blind-eye to the rule breakers, not at all. Anyone caught sending their official role PM to another player will be banned from the next game as well. There's no excuse for breaking this rule, and it's as harsh as I can possibly be (believe me, if I could, I'd be harsher). Anyone in the next game who has an official role PM sent to them is encouraged to screenshot and send me the picture. The offending player will be removed from the game and will be banned from the next one. Remember, you can roleclaim by simply saying you have a role. But showing your PM is not allowed.
Finally, this shouldn't be much of a problem in the next game. Since there will be no Townies, all the character names will be named in the first post. That's right, folks, the next Wolf game will have NO townies. Every player will have a role. It's also going to be a Marvel-themed game. Hope you all play!
EDIT: Confirming @animeyay 's claim, I can attest to said randomness.
