Now imma talk a bit on the Black Lagoon sig
I love the position of the woman there! But then, she looks quite boring, I usually tend to make the focus (clothes) in vivid colors to-- well, add more focus (not to mention glorify her) I think you can improve it with that. And kill that outer glow! A for-some-reason shining focus doesn't actually make sense ^^;;
The background looks a bit off imo... Maybe its the colors; maybe a deep intense blue may do the trick. I dunno why though, its just that she has this cold aura around her xD;;

One thing I notice is your blending, try using a soft eraser around the character at first, and then putting some effects in front.
Also, the text shouldn't over power the sig, make it smaller, and more close together :3

Outerglow on the focus is usually a very big no-no.
I think that you are heading the right direction but you need to keep at it, Some the things I think we both lack (winch you can Google for tuts by keywords) is Focal Point, Depth in sig, the text positioning you just need to mess with it a bit more... but like I said we have the same problem so I'll be practicing too.

Of all of them I think the first one is best. It's blended well, and it all matches itself. In the other ones, the characters were too far off to the side. They don't have to be completely centered, but they're so far off to the side they look like they're about to fall off (the ichigo and Ivy ones in particular). Also, try to keep your character fairly clear and easy to see. The Ichigo one doesn't follow that. He's blurred completely, and it creates a weird look on him. If you're going to add effects to your character, duplicate the layer with him on it, apply the filter(s) to that layer, and put the second one on top. After that just erase some bits.
The top one is definitely your best one that you have posted. I guess it kinda gives me the classic trippy feeling? The main thing I can say here is that you could make your text easier to read. I don't see your own style yet because there is still a lack of basic graphics skills. There is too much brushing used and it doesn't look good when you try to force it on some render. The other ones aside from the first ones don't seem to be built around the render which should be the main focus in these types of sigs.

Felt like making a sig again.. I kinda like it. Integra is definitely one of my favorite anime characters, and she's a lot like me too. I couldn't quite get the text to look the way I wanted but, meh.. I think I'm getting better.
can I get any feedback on my integra sig? :( I can't get better if I don't know how
