What do you do when you're depressed?
Whenever I feel depressed, I think it's always good to talk to someone about it. There always seems to be someone for me that understands me, and I can just talk with them, and eventually, I start to feel a bit better. Laughter is also important to me. I think I have to laugh a few times to just get the depression out of me. What about you?

i usually keep to myself and think about my boyfriend,family, and my friends but i also sometimes write stuff down.
