Didn't see this post at the time I made my other post. I do care if we lose a townie, but it's going to happen. I'm not going to sugar coat it and say "Let's see how things turn out after the wolves cruelly murder one of our own!"

Re: Wolf XVII: Anime Forum Chronicles
Guys, we won't get anywhere by not-lynching. There's two sets of mafia and a set of independent roles we have to lynch to win. There's a higher chance than before that we'll lynch someone who is anti-town today.
-
Re: Wolf XVII: Anime Forum Chronicles
And I agree with Scruffy on this no lynch thing. That is probably the stupidest thing to do during the first phase. ESPECIALLY when it is players who aren't even TRYING to investigate. @Loki please explain to me why you think No Lynch is going to be any good for town? The fact that your saying your going to WAIT until after the night phase is suspicious. Why should you have to wait until after the night phase? Are you trying to give some kind of freebie to the wolves?

I am facepalming so hard right now.
The Day Phase literally just started three and a half hours ago. We have twenty hours before the mafia should even think about killing a townie. You're telling me you're going to squander away all that time for pressuring people, creating scumlists, and gaining overall suspicion of certain players in order to wait for a townie to die?

Once again, didn't see the post until after I posted...
Anyway, I can't tell who the mafia are. When I said "I'm curious to see who the mafia will vote." I didn't mean, "Oh, let's see who the fellow mafia will vote for and go off of that!" What I meant was, I wanted to see who the mafia will vote for. If it happens to be Ribbon (which I doubt, but is likely), then we can maybe focus on the people who voted for her. Or if it's a different townie, then maybe we can focus on who was attacking that specific person.

Just to be sure (for everyone's sake), it's the role Ribbon, as opposed to the player Ribbon, correct?

Re: Wolf XVII: Anime Forum Chronicles
@MikuChuu - Muffin, please understand something. If your suspicious of TW, Blueangel or me. ASK QUESTIONS. People aren't going to openly say they are scum unless their name is -GAZKUL-, and even then he says it in every single game.
-
Re: Wolf XVII: Anime Forum Chronicles
So that's one role we've got confirmed.

Yes, the role.

I find it funny that you can provide reasoning for voting in the next phase, but can't provide reasoning for voting in this phase.
Also, what is flawed with this line of thinking is that mafia kills can be very ambiguous and could be done for a variety of things. They could kill one player that was being suspected by another, essentially pinning blame onto that player, when in fact they were both town.
Also, I have another question which presents a huge problem with your thinking: What if there is a janitor in this game? Then we won't know who was killed in the first place.

Re: Wolf XVII: Anime Forum Chronicles
asdjksahdsjkahdsjka So many things going on as I make a post!
Alright, let's see here. I can see where you're concerned about this, Scruffy, but my no lynch vote is my current opinion as well as a placement vote. I'm having a friend come over early tomorrow, and I'm not sure if she'll be gone before voting is over. If not, then I want to make sure I get a vote in. As far as your post was concerned, Ribbon, I'm not trying to give a freebie to the wolves. Think about it. There's probably about 18-20 of us and only 8-19 of them. What are the odds that we will catch a wolf the first day phase?

So let me clarify this for my own sake first lol: You want to see who is lynched, and if the lynched player (hopefully) turns out to be a Townie, you will scrutinize the players who voted for the lynch? But what if most of those players are just misguided Townies? Surely you haven't forgotten the way both you and I ended up dead in the previous game?

The role Ribbon, not the player.

But someone has to misguide them in the first place. Unless that townie (Xey isn't playing this game...) is purposefully trying to mislead the town, then there's gotta be someone to start the misleading.

Re: Wolf XVII: Anime Forum Chronicles
@MikuChuu
Do you plan to tell me at some point why you thought ZW was suspicious? :D

I know.
How about from now on, to avoid confusion, we caps the roles and leave the player normal?
For example, the role named for me would be ZOMBIEWOLF, while my name would be Zombiewolf.

Everyone of us is fully capable of misguiding ourselves lol.
A Townie could easily start a wrong bandwagon, which happens fairly often.

I just realized all the possibilities Kaitou has for a role based off of me O.o
