SocialTwist Tell-a-Friend Borderlands (New FPS/RPG) TAKE A LOOK!

I'm here to talk about Borderlands! It's a FPS/RPG game with Sci-Fi background with a little dash of Fallout chunks thrown into the mix. The main selling point for this game is the 4 player online Coop, and of course the millions of gun types, and matches and millions of monsters/enemies that you can encounter in the game.

The game will have around 160 quests; it is a mix of both main quests and side quests. You can replay the game with the same character but it will be on a harder difficulty but you get better rewards to brag off to you coop buddies.

PS3 (10/20/09)

This game sounds awesome, like an online fallout 3/mass effect. Definately will be getting for 360 thanks for telling us about it.

this might be my next ps3 purchase. i just have to finish Demons Souls and Uncharted 2 first...and then decide if i should get this or wait for MW2 or something

I've been playing this game the past couple days.

Solid game. 8/10

Only level 13 so far, but the challenges the game presents are numerous (especially if you jump to a quest that recommends you be a certain level to attempt).

Fun, with a nice interface.

I'll be getting it for the PS3 but I have to make way for some stuff before getting the game. I hope I still get to see people starting out once I play the game.

Very good game and although different, reminds me Fallout 3. I recommend it to everyone that is a FPS/RPG fan (like myself).

I enjoy the game a bit too much. It's like they took ideas from other games and mashed them together correctly!

 

Halo + Fallout 3 + XIII + Phantasy Star Online + Call of Duty 4 + several other things. That what I think of when I play it. Level 23 Siren btw.

I'm still undecided on this, I've been tempted to buy it just for the hype but past experiences tell me not to buy into hyped up games.
