As it is in the general consensus among users to post random videos with no real discussive value in blogs, and seeing as though this rule allows for such a consensus to act as the law of the land, I think your answer is in that. While there is no forum rule that directly states where such discussions should be, it should be noted that most other users will post their videos in blogs and not forum topics. If I'm wrong though, I'd love to start posting my favorite cooking videos in individual threads here!
