That is the imperative verb form. "Go and live freely!"

I feel this forum may, little by little, rebuild my crumbled Japanese.
Just a quick note; 「あの」 is usually used to refer to the singular (if it was plural it would probably be specified as 「あれらの声」 or 「あの声々」), so "that (the) voice sings" seems to be more correct.
