Well, there's one thing before anyone can comment, all your pict is too small.. Would you mind to show us the bigger version?

Hmm... Maybe you should upload larger versions. The stuff that's been uploaded are roughly the size of a thumbnail. Or I just am too stupid to even click correctly. D:

But from what I can tell, your faces are going for the big eyed and cute look. Which doesn't leave much for me to pick apart, exept: who I think is Sauske has no lips. Draw a curve for the lower lip and a little "C" shape for the dip under the nose.
