Yup.I've been staring at the sky for a good 5 mins now(lol)
Its awsome.
Ooh...I kept going in and out of my house to see this beautiful occurance! =D
Isnt it lovely...its my first lunar encounter..~Lali♥
Unfortunately, I live in a crappy 4 story apartment, and my window faces right across another building, partially blocking out the sky. Anyways, it looks cool.
the next one is to hit us is on December 21st, 2010
the moon looks red here.
holy crap.. is that wot i was watching?
lol i went out for a walk and was chilling at the park just looking at the sky and the moon... didnt even realize it was a lunar eclipse...
no wonder it looked kinduh weird...the lit up part of the moon looked a bit off from the darkness covering it slowly
I want to be around to see it! ;_; Nothing ever exciting ever happens in my life. An eclipse would make my day for sure.
I see it. This sort of thing isn't that exciting, though.
I had been looking forward to seeing it but its stormy here so its obscured.
I never really gave it though until this morning when I saw it on the news.
It hasnt been on my mind all day, so I'm not uber excited for it. Just want to view something new. [They said for the southwestern states that it wont occur until about 10:00]
Edit: I wasnt able to see it D: the darn clouds were in the way.
Well right now it is hiding, but yeah i saw it. Pretty sweet.
It was interesting all in all O_o; gave me a chance to try some camera work, got this:
California is throwing a tantrum and hiding the moon from me.
Nice shot btw Ace.^^
I missed it. T_T
Now I have to wait 2 more years! D:<
I've seen one solar eclipse before. It was really amazing!!
I saw a red moon while outside was that the eclipse?
Probably. Unless Earth has another moon that's naturally red.
i had to work =.= so natrually i took a cigarette break and went to watch it ;) lovely nature isnt it?
Yeah I watched the whole thing too, until about 10:15 last night. Well, I had to kinda go outside in 10-minute intervals to watch it because Michigan is freezing at 10 o'clock x.x I've never actually seen a solar eclipse but I'd like to sometime...
I barely notice the difference, during the last Lunar Eclipse I was still waiting for it to happen.
