Sorry — I'm brand new here. I love that there's a currency system on this forum, I just don't understand how it works. How does one "purchase" gifts for their profile from the store? I can see gifts cost about 500 Gil, but I don't know how to buy them. Same goes for Username / Usertitle benefits.

You only seem to have about 100 gil. Make more posts, and you'll earn more gil, and be able to afford stuff in the shop.

Sitcom, nothing appears in the shop until you have the Gil to buy it, when you get the required amount of Gil to buy a certain thing, the option appears. You make Gil by posting, doing stuff on the forum and a few other ways too. You can make bets with the chat bots inside the chat and try and make some that way, though, I'd say since you don't have much you'd probably lose all the Gil you have, so just post. You can also ask friends for Gil.

What's the point if having gil if everyone who makes a thread about not having enough gil for such and such is granted gil?...
Why not add the following,,,
"to earn gil you have to post, be active, and just merely start a thread about having not enough gil for something and someone will give it to you"
