His best character was Alucard from Hellsing.
I frequently mention that the English dub for Yuske on Yu Yu Hakusho is proof that not all dubs are trash (no matter how much I say they are)
Johnny yong bosch, Vic Mignabkahblahblah, Luci Christiansen, whoever voiced Spike from Bebop.
Ayu Tsukimiya from Kanon in the Japanese dub was really awesome and hilarious.
Kyou from Clannad in both the Japanese dub and the English one. Both are very colorful, expressive, and believable voices. It adds to the Clannad humor.
Kyon from The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya in the English dub. A very good voice actor. His lines don't sound corny and he is very good at delivering his lines convincingly regardless of what the scene demands of him.
Ryouga from Ranma 1/2 in the English dub. He's just TOO hilarious!
Also, Kagura from Gintama. It's a really cute voice and it makes the humor more humorous.
For English VA, I always listen for Keith Silverstein (Kimimaro in Naruto, Tesla and Mabashi in Bleach, Yakumo in Saiyuki Reload Gunlock, etc).
I don't think I have a particular Japanese favorite though o3o
For me, my favorite Japanese voice actors are Aya Hirano who voices a bunch of characters like Haruhi Suzumiya (The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya),and Konota Izumi (Lucky Star) and Aki Toyosaki who voices Yui Hirasawa (K-ON!). They are both amazing voice actors and great musical artists as well!
He also voices Date Masamune from Sengoku Basara. Nothing like parodying your own VA in Gintama!Quote:
