It looks 1% better, but that's okay! Every little matters. Actually, I think the better idea is just to delete all those sections and transfer the threads to your section. And just create the sub-sections for the popular/on-going series. Like Dragonball, One Piece, and Naruto should stay but that's it. Too many sections makes it look more dead.
I feel like you're like Goku atm, for the anime sections that is. If you won't, who will? I mean, all those old ass anime sections need to be GONE! lmao
I feel like you (or we if you need help) should be mod in all Anime sections, that way you can completely revamp all sections and create sub-section for series that you think it's worthy. Cramping everything in the general section wouldn't look nice either, in my opinion.

The show is called "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" Just jojo looks stupid, even if people just call it Jojo or JJBA. Ask them to change that.
