Hmmm I know very few Japanese voice actors but I like Daisuke Ono and I like the VA who does Usui's voice from Kaichou wa Maid-sama!
His voice (Vic's) is awesome haha I know wayyy more about English Dub voice actors than I do Japanese Voice Actors. lol :P My fave is Todd Haberkorn, he plays Ling from FMA :3

Hetalia is one of the funniest things I have ever watched... It's purely for comedic versions. It is about characters that are all named after countries and they are fashioned as the complete stereotype of their country such as Italy is obsessed with Pasta and pretty girls, Russia scares the crap out of everybody, France is obsessed with his own looks, and Japan is very reserved. It's so FUNNY! lol

Not really sure... The most experience that I have when it comes to that is when I snapshot something with my cellphone, and those pictures never gets good, hahahah!! xD

Some of my favorite animes are Naruto, Fruits Basket, Sailor Moon, Cardcaptor Sakura, Mahou Sensei Negima, Love Hina, Digimon (xD), Gakuen Alice and Azumanga Daioh (that's where my avatar is from)! Azumanga Daioh has to be the funniest anime ever. I mostly watch shojo anime it seems, but I have been meaning to check out One Piece, Death Note, FMA, Bleach, InuYasha and Fairy Tail. I mostly like comedy anime, but I do like my dose of battles.

And thank you for your comment! My parents always had to put up with me shoving a picture in their face 24/7 xD. My mom's family says I got the talent from my grandfather, as he is quite the sketch artist himself. Even if he does just doodle in the comics section of the newspaper.

I'm not sure what you mean by make a Sharingan on him. You mean for his eyes? I've never tried to mess with the eyes before, but I could try to.
