You should be able to change your username in your Profile, which can be found here - http://www.animeforum.com/profile.php?do=editprofile

It says that username changes are limited to once every 30 days, but if it doesn't show up or let you change your username then it may be that you are too new a member to use it. If that's the case I'd wait for a while (maybe for 30 days) and then see if it shows up. You can always message me back after those 30 days if it's still not there.
