Hm, I wouldn't be that direct but you sure mentioned the thing I like the less on One Piece: they seem not to learn new techniques trough training, they simply show them on the next batles. (I'm not sure in which episode you are so woun't say anything for don't spoil)
But you're not entierly right that everything is learned in Naruto, tough the Fuuton Rasenshuriken was a great example of training, but we also don't see Sasuke training before using his Mangekyou Sharingan's powers: susano'o and amaterasu, he simply improves them batteling. But once again Naruto trained a lot for mastering Kyuubi's chakra, which was really epic, so as before for mastering Sennin Mode.
Keeping those facts in minds and seeing as I keep up with One Piece manga, undoubtedly there are more (a lot) trainings on Naruto and I really like trainings.

And btw I think One Piece is quite better than Naruto, tough I like Naruto more now bearing in mind the last manga chapters
