It will not turn on at all. I thought the switch was broken and tried to manually connect the pins but that didn't work. It's probably the motherboard. The problem though is that we bought the motherboard really recently so it doesn't make sense for it to have failed. My parents are unloading their computer withdrawal on me now. I've had to fix this thing like 5 times in the past 2 months and I'm sick of it!

I'm calling BestBuy to get help on fixing my computer. I have a working computer but my parents want me to fix the other one. They want me to do some sort of magic on it, but I honestly can't figure out what's wrong.
