You can assess your performance by making covers, like finding where the ok and not-so-ok parts, so you know what to improve~
If you have a digicam (w/ video recorder) and a tripod, then you're good to go~

I'm not actually sure :P it's not really "mine" to begin with... my father first bought it as personal use, then became like a family pc; my older bro used it often personally, then me, then my sister... wait. IT'S MY SISTER'S FAULT!~ @0@ perhaps around 5+ years old
yesh, that's why I play the piano instead as my second instrument... it doesn't hurt my fingers~ xD but my hands hurt too when I play real drums... =\
softer? I thought you had to grow calluses before you'll get used to playing...?
