It's probably best to do some research for yourself, as I don't expect you to take my word for it, nor do I want to get into a debate. But there is a lot of research that links western diseases (heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity) to the consumption of animal products. Eating a varied plant based diet can provide all the nutrients our body needs and without all the nasties. To put it simply - the healthiest, longest living people on the planet consume little to no animal products and live mostly on fruits, vegetables, legumes, soy and grains. Meat and dairy contain hormones, antibiotics and bad fats. A diet with VERY SMALL amounts of meat can still be a healthy one, but based on everything I have read and learnt over the last 10 or so years, I personally think it's best to avoid it all together.
Happy birthday, babe. :]
Happy Birthday =)
Happy birthday to you~! Not the day of your birthday yet? Well, it is already 8th August, so there. Best wishes and enjoy!
Ah, I've never been to Prichard. Everyone here knows to stay as far away from it as possible xD
Lol, it's probably the closest thing that exists to a ghetto down here O.o
Prichard is NOT somewhere you want to be xD Most of my family lives up in Jefferson County, so I've been there quite a bit.
Yeah, I used to live over in Mobile though.
Elsanor, in central Baldwin County.
