I think for Korean, the difficult part of its pronunciation. =x think there are more sounds I have problem with than not lol. but that's ok, since learning Korean is not my top priority right now. knowing Chinese definitely helps with the vocab, because Korean vocab is a LOT closer to the Chinese pronunciation than Japanese is to either of them (in most cases), like the word for "victory': (C) shengli, (K) seungri, (J) shouri; "prince": (C) wangzi, (K) wangja, (J) ouji. the reason is probably because Korean preserves the "ng" sound, whereas Japanese replaces it with a long vowel.
hahaha Hikarin you're such a fangirl. oh wait, of course you are. yea I put up all the videos for TVXQ while I was at it yesterday. (the other video admins aren't exactly doing their job right now =x) you're making more characters? for your story?
Yeah...I was sorta tired. Ignore that. Though it's still a good game. For some reason I could only remember the first part of the game. >.<
sweetslyrics's done stealing, so now we can put up the translation >=D
Bugger lol XD
I will ask you in 2 weeks for more songs. For now, I gotta prepare for my test =x
No way! I can't do Korean at all! I can read it (horribly) at a speed of 1 hangeul every 10 seconds, and that's about it XD I'll stick to Japanese. it flows better and sounds less choppy =) (no offense to Korean though)
I don't think a note would be necessary for that song if you just adjust your translation a bit and make things a bit more obvious. but hey, it's your translation so it's up to you. =)
Played 4, but that's about it. You might like Emerald Dragon. You play as an actual dragon and not just transform into one.
Super Mario World
Legend of Zelda a Link to the Past
Persona 2: Eternal Punishment
Tales of Phantasia
Persona 2: Innocent Sin
ok, that's good then! now I can put up my translations without feeling like I'm taking all these songs away from you, (since you probably like them even more than I do) =D
and, yea, of course I know you're learning Korean. I just wasn't expecting there to be actual Korean lyrics there XD Youna's good! I can practically sing her Houkiboshi without looking at the lyrics ^ω^
so, yea, as I was surfacing Nico today, I got a lot more cleared up on what Soleil is actually about. it seems that the queen is being a tyrant her people but a good mother to her daughter. however, in the end, her daughter became the queen, and she was sentenced to death by her daughter for being a tyrant. O.O now the song makes sooooooooo much more sense.
PS I promise I will return your gift, as soon as Kaitou Ace puts up those Vocaloid gifts =)
In general or of translation patches?
Yup, I've emulated plenty of SNES games. Mostly the ones that I couldn't play as a kids since they where Japanese only. Though plenty of translations to fix that now.
