But if you're 21 then I don't see how your dad could be in control for something like that. :P If you want to refill it then go and do it. You're a adult and it's your body. Sure parents are surprised at things at the start, and even can disapprove them... but they'll get used to it/them in time. How could his health problems affect your decision on getting a tattoo?
