Not really, I'd put Goku in the upper tiers of comics power wise. At least at the height of his power. Though you could make an argument that Bills being a god (actual god, not like King Kai) is on par with things like the Source if not stronger since Bills is strong enough to destroy what the gods of creation created in the DB universe and the Source is the equivalent of that.

From what I saw looking into it, it can do some pretty decent stuff! A few things I'm not too keen with, but they wont be a problem. It's pretty much a toss up between that and Flash right now. I wont get my tablet for awhile, so I will have plenty of time to look at both before the animation starts. :3
