Really? The One Peice eng dub is always being made fun of though...I haven't seen it yet so I can't judge.
I have only seen a few of the episodes of Haruhi S, they were japanese so I can't really comment on that :P
Ouran's amazing

My favorite English Dub is for Haruhi Suzumiy. Crispin Freeman did a perfect job as Kyon I mean not as great as Sugita for the Japanese Dub but he did a perfect job as far as English Dubs are concerned.
I really like the Death Note Dub and it is one of the dubs I don't mind if I watch it subbed or not because both are just really great. I have not seen Ouran yet but I do plan to in the future.
Some other top tier Dubs from the top of my head: FMAB, Cowboy Bebop, Code Geass, Baccano!, and One Piece.

Ouran High School Host Club probably...but Death Note is good too
I love L's voice in the English dub as it's really relaxing

Vic Mignogna? He is awesome especially on Fullmetal Alchemist.
And I am sorta the same with watching English dubs. If I hear good things about it I might give it a try and if one of my favorite English voice actors does a main role I might give it a try.
