Death Note is really great and inovating, fantasticlty well structured and seeming to have a great plot, looking to only 37 episodes and 108 manga chapters (guessing they're equivalent, don't know) doesn't seem much but in the first 3 episodes I've watched a lot of things were released, again huge anime, love it! :P
Yes, FullMetal its kinda long but not that much, I've only watched the first series (51) and not Brotherood (64), half-saw the 1st episode and didn't like it very much, though it follows the manga story more acurately, but makes the 1st series very confusing, guess I'll give it a chance someday but not that soon xD

I usually only watch 2 animes at a time, actually only with Death Note but been seeing Katekyo Hitman Reborn till some days ago

I love D. Grayman! Also, Death Note is another one of my favourites (I forgot to mention it!!). I've yet to watch InuYasha, even though I know I should have as it is one of the classics!
I've seen a few episodes of FullMetal Alchemist, but I find it hard to watch long series like this as I'm always watching multiple animes all at the same time.

I don't know Ouran High School Host Club and I've recently donwloaded Fruits Basket, seems to be good but I've many many animes I want to start soon such as Beelzebub, Death Note, Claymore and Dr.Gray Man.
My fav anime is One Piece but love Naruto and Bleach pretty much so as Fairy Tail, Katekyo Hitman Reborn, InuYasha, FullMetal Alchemist and Kuruko no Basuke (do you know this last one?)
