Yea, in 07 he debuted and he was bland.
In 08-10 he was in the Legacy stable and he was better but not there yet..
Now with this gimmick he has the potential to go all the way.

Cody Rhodes has gotten better over the last three years. I remember in 2007 when he wasn't so good. Now he's actually entertaining.
