Here it is: My Last Exile wallpaper, version 2.0 (I'm not going to bother uploading version 1.0) - anyways, I'm pretty happy with the result thusfar, but it's still a work-in-progress to some degree.

Background made from blended stock photos - all of which were taken with my camera, save for the vanship schematics, courtesty of Last Exile's creators. Thanks 5string, for the scan!

its increadible, i love the textures and color blends. i really dont now how better it could be, really
maybe, i say maybe ( if you really want to add something) one techy thing on top of all the bg layers and character.

Very nice. the colors are very sharp and crisp. I don't see anything that really needs to be added, but maybe some more tech stuff wouldn't hurt. Maybe at the same opacity as the gun?

Thanks for the comments: I'm thinking about adding tech, but I've also heard people recommend grunge, so I'm going to try out both. o_O

Anyways, to answer the question about the left-align:

She's staring out to the right, so I wanted her on the left, in order to increase the space she's staring into.

Well I was going to make a last exile wallpaper, but now I don't feel the need to. This one is really nice. ... and another at 1280x1024, yay!

I've made left aligned wallpapers before, just move your icons. Actually if I kept my desktop clean they'd fit on the left side anyway.

I think last exile will be one of my fav series to make walls with ^_^ you can make it olding, grunge, techno,evanescent(I don't know if I wrote it correctly ^_^)
..I like it, yeah ^__^ maybe a little white glow for the sky? :huh: ;) btw it's good ^_^

hmm, 2.0? did i miss the original? oh well, anyways, i love your wall, it's got a really nice feel to it, but like someone mentioned tatiana is a bit grainyand washed out, shouldn't be too terrible to fix that though. i'm not sure you really need to add much tech, maybe a little bit.
